I’ve had to learn this over and over.
I had a car crash last week, only a small one, and it cost me a bit of money. It just happened, to happen, at a time when I had a lot of bills. Most importantly though, it made me think, and that is always a good thing. I was saying to myself that “I had no cash” and was feeling down about it, as we all do from time to time. But as soon as the crash happened and I had to sort it out ASAP, I got the cash together.
What happened there, is that my perceptions where up my ass. I was caught up in a poverty mentality. Thanks to the universe for kicking me out of it. As soon as I had the crash, I got my priorities straight, and had a purpose to get the money together, then it just happened.
Profit follows purpose. I got that money together because I had a reason for it. If someone asked you for 100 euro, your first question would be “for what?” if they had no purpose for it, you would simply say, no to them. If they had a good enough reason, you would happily give it to them.
So the purpose makes the money happen, not the other way around.
What about your energy? If you don’t want to do something, do you have more, or less energy? Actually, you would resist it like mad, and it causes frustration. What about if you wanted to do something fun? Would you have more, or less energy? would you find a way?
Energy, like money, follows purpose.
If you have a reason to make money, you will, if you love what you do, you feel more energized.
Enjoy.
